Go to Manage > Media library, and this shows all images uploaded across all your posts/pages etc. If you click on the Permalink text, that will take you off to the live page with the image on.
On that live page, click on the image itself (or simply hover over it) and you’ll see the actual unique URL for this image. Simply copy this URL and use that in your widget or wherever.
Alternatively, if you’ve simply hovered over the image, simply right click and select ‘Copy image location’ (or equivalent option) in your browser menu.
If you’re wishing to use this image in a widget, you’ll probably need to type the appropriate HTML code, namely <img src="enterURLhere" alt="TypeSuitableImageName"/>. With Posts and Pages, you’ll be able to use the Add Media tab as normal.
